Exchanges and Returns
You can return your order up to 90 days after receipt, and we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within five working days of receiving the return. Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Request the return slip via email
Step 2: Send your order along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure to include a track and trace code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account. Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
COSTS OF RETURN
If the return was initiated by the consumer, they must bear the shipping costs. The amount of the costs depends on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to reasons attributable to us, the consumer does not have to bear the shipping costs.
DEFECTIVE
You do not need to return defective products. This is because we cannot offer them again. In this case, you will simply receive a new product, or the purchase price will be refunded. The only thing we ask of you is confirmation of the defective product in the form of 1 or more photos of the product.

RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT
If you ordered a specific variant of a product but received a different or incorrect product, you can also use the form on this page to request a new delivery of the correct product or variant. Please include a photo as proof of the incorrectly delivered product or variant and state which product or variant you would like to receive instead.
HOW DOES THE RETURN WORK?

Go to a post office near you and send the items. Always include a Track & Trace code with the package. As the sender, you are legally responsible for this, and theoretically, we can reject the return if no Track & Trace code is included.
Step 4: Have the purchase amount transferred to your bank account
Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred back to your account within five days! The refund will be made using the same method you used for payment. In the case of a bank transfer, you will receive the amount back in your bank account; in the case of Klarna, the entire invoice amount will be deducted; and in the case of a credit card, the entire balance will be added to your credit card.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Make sure that:
- The items are complete
- Hygiene items (bikinis, underwear, bras, etc.) cannot be returned.
- the items are in their original packaging and undamaged
- You have a Track & Trace code for your return
- the return form is enclosed
- Your order number is on the return slip
- Your name is on the return slip
- Does your return not meet the above requirements? Unfortunately, we cannot process your return or refund the purchase price.
PROCESSING
Once we have processed your return and the refund has been issued, you will be notified automatically. We naturally strive to do this as quickly as possible. If you have not heard from us after 30 days, please contact our customer service.
NOTE: If you return a product and it arrives damaged or incomplete, we unfortunately cannot accept it and cannot refund the purchase price. So please make sure to pack the products properly when returning them, especially for fragile products.

Where can I find the return form?
You can request it below by sending us an email via the contact form. You will receive it from us once your return is registered.
Where can I find the Track & Trace code?
You will receive the Track & Trace code from the post office or postal service from which you send the return to us. So make sure you send the return with a Track & Trace number from the postal service you used to send the shipment. You can email us this Track & Trace code, which you received from the post office, after you have registered your return.
Where can I find the return address?
You will receive the return address from us once you have registered your return.

NOTE: The sender's address on your package is not the same as our return address. Please do not simply return products to this address without prior notice. Returns to an address other than our return address unfortunately cannot be refunded as we will never receive them.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order in our webshop. Your order number can also be found in all shipping notification emails you have received from us. The order number consists of 4 or 5 digits.
