Placing an Order
Ordering from Nordheim Mode is as simple as possible. First, you need to go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. To do this, click the black button "Add to Cart". It is important here that you check whether you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click the "Proceed to checkout" field. On the information page, you need to enter the correct address details. Make sure all information is correct. Once this information is correctly filled in, you can click the "Continue to shipping" button. On the "Shipping" page, you have the option to check the address details you entered. It also states that every shipment is completely free. As a sign of our appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking the "Continue to payment" field. For payment options, you have a choice of different payment methods. To be able to charge fair prices for our products, we have decided to collect packages in bulk and ship them all at once once a certain minimum quantity is reached. Cancellation Not Possible
Please note that cancellation is not possible after placing an order. We process orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, please check your order carefully before confirming it.
Policy for Refused Packages
By placing an order, the customer agrees to our shipping and return policies. If a package is refused upon delivery, the following fees will apply:
Restocking fee: A standard restocking fee of 15% of the order value will be charged, with a minimum of €15. If 15% of the order value is less than €15, €15 will be charged. If 15% is more than €15, this amount will be applied.
Cost accounting: These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount or, if applicable, invoiced separately.
Exceptions: If the refusal is due to an error on our part, such as incorrectly delivered or damaged goods, no fees will be charged. In these cases, we offer a replacement product free of charge or re-send the order.
